Product Support Changes in Canada

Tigercat announces an important transition within the Canadian product support team.

Mark Tourand, who has been part of the Canadian product support team since 2018, has relocated from British Columbia to St. Albert, Alberta. Mark will continue to provide outstanding technical support to the dealer network in his new territory including Wajax in Alberta and Manitoba, Redhead Equipment in Saskatchewan, and Torgerson’s in Montana.

Service Director Martine Léveillé extends best wishes to Mark as he steps into his new territory. “We hope he will find this new chapter as rewarding as his time with Inland. Mark has shown great dedication and skill, and we are confident he will continue to add value to our organization and our dealer partners.”

District manager James Farquhar comments, “I am thrilled to have Mark relocate and join me in this region. Mark brings not only years of Tigercat technical expertise but a lifetime of mechanical background. Mark has hit the ground running, supporting, training and mentoring technicians throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Montana. Our customers and dealers will definitely benefit from his support and knowledge.”
